Minutiae, a focus on small details. 2 years ago I set out to make an album of beautiful songs but after many twists and turns I feel like I’ve captured the beautiful melancholy of a world in flux. I like to think of it as a beacon in the darkness. It’s the joyous moments you reflect on in troubled times. It’s weaving melody and harmony from complicated feelings. It’s the lost art of subtlety.
